- Köprü'de hesap yok. Derslerin, görevlerin ve notların sadece senin cihazında saklanır; bize ulaşmaz.
- İzlence yalnızca cihazında okunur, okunması için hiçbir yere gönderilmez. Asistan'ın cevap verebilmesi için çıkarılan metin yalnız cihazında saklanır.
- Asistan önce cihazında cevaplar. Cevap bulamazsa ve sen rıza kutusunu işaretleyip "Yapay zekâya sor"a dokunursan (rızan bu cihazda hatırlanır) sorun ve o dersin izlence bilgileri (tarihler, not dağılımı, kurallar, haftalık plan, yaklaşan işlerin ve izlence metninden soruyla ilgili birkaç paragraf; metnin kendisi yalnız cihazında saklanır) yapay zekâya gönderilir. Notların, devamsızlığın ve adın gönderilmez. Sorun saklanmaz; aynı soru tekrar token harcamasın diye cevap 24 saat önbellekte tutulur.
- Seçmeli Keşfi'nde yüklediğin seçmeli ders listesinin metni ve seçtiğin ilgi alanları, rızanla yapay zekâya gönderilir. Derslerin, notların ve adın gönderilmez. Önerilerin yalnız cihazında saklanır; aynı liste + ilgi alanları için cevap 30 gün önbellekte tutulur.
- Yapay zekâ özellikleri kullanıldığında, kötüye kullanımı önlemek için uygulamanın rastgele ürettiği cihaz kimliğinin ve IP adresinin özetleri (açık hâlleri değil) günlük sayaç olarak tutulur ve 26 saat içinde silinir. Cihaz kimliği sana bağlı değildir; yalnız bu cihazda durur.
- Bugün ekranındaki hava durumu için yalnızca seçtiğin şehrin sabit koordinatı Open-Meteo'ya gönderilir. Konum iznin istenmez; adın, derslerin ya da başka bir bilgin gönderilmez. Profil → Tercihler'den kapatabilirsin.
- Reklam yok, takip çerezi yok, verilerin satılmaz.

İzlence dosyası genellikle kişisel veri içermez. Yine de öğrenci numarası, T.C. kimlik numarası veya iletişim bilgisi gibi kişisel bilgi içeren sayfaları yüklememeni öneririz. İzlencede öğretim üyesinin adı ve iş iletişim bilgileri yer alabilir; bu bilgiler yalnızca senin ders kaydını oluşturmak için okunur.
3. Hukuki sebepler
- Açık rıza (KVKK m. 5/1 ve m. 9): Asistan sorusunun ve seçmeli listenin yurt dışındaki yapay zekâ hizmetine aktarılması, rıza kutusunu işaretleyip dokunarak verdiğin açık rızaya dayanır. Asistan'daki rızan bu cihazda hatırlanır; sonraki sorular cihazda cevaplanamazsa yeniden sormadan yapay zekâya gider. Rıza vermezsen Köprü'nün diğer her özelliği aynı şekilde çalışır.
- Meşru menfaat (KVKK m. 5/2-f): Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için günlük sayaç tutulması ve sitenin güvenliğine yönelik teknik kayıtlar.
4. Aktarılan taraflar ve yurt dışı aktarım
- Anthropic, PBC (ABD): Asistan ve Seçmeli Keşfi'nin kullandığı yapay zekâ hizmeti. Anthropic, API üzerinden gönderilen içerikleri model eğitimi için kullanmayacağını ve sınırlı bir süre sonunda sileceğini taahhüt etmektedir. Ayrıntılar: anthropic.com/legal/privacy
- Open-Meteo (İsviçre): Hava durumu hizmeti. Yalnızca seçtiğin şehrin sabit koordinatı gönderilir; çerez ve yönlendiren adres gönderilmez. Her internet isteğinde olduğu gibi IP adresin Open-Meteo'nun sunucusuna ulaşır. Hava durumunu kapatırsan hiç istek yapılmaz. Ayrıntılar: open-meteo.com/en/terms

Veriler bu taraflar dışında kimseyle paylaşılmaz, satılmaz ve reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz.
5. Çerezler ve yerel depolama
Köprü takip veya reklam çerezi kullanmaz. Uygulamanın çalışması için tarayıcının yerel depolaması (localStorage) ve internetsiz çalışma için önbellek (Cache Storage) kullanılır. Bunlar yalnızca senin cihazında durur. Yazı tipleri uygulamanın içindedir; dışarıdan bir şey yüklenmez.
6. Hakların (KVKK m. 11)
Kişisel verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, itiraz etme ve zarara uğraman hâlinde tazminat talep etme haklarına sahipsin. Açık rızanı dilediğin zaman geri alabilirsin: Asistan ekranının altındaki "Yapay zekâ iznini geri al" bağlantısına dokunman yeterli; Asistan yalnız cihazındaki bilgilerle cevaplamaya devam eder.
Cihazında tutulan verileri istediğin an Profil → Veri ve gizlilik → Her şeyi sil ile kendin silebilirsin. Diğer talepler için yukarıdaki e-posta adresine yazabilirsin; başvurun en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.
7. Değişiklikler

Privacy and KVKK Notice

- Köprü has no accounts. Your courses, tasks and grades are stored only on your device; they never reach us.
- Your syllabus is read only on your device and is never sent anywhere to be read. The extracted text is stored only on your device so the Assistant can answer from it.
- The Assistant answers on your device first. If it finds nothing and you tick the consent box and tap "Ask the AI" (your consent is remembered on this device), your question and that course's syllabus details (dates, grade breakdown, rules, weekly plan, your upcoming tasks and a few paragraphs of the syllabus text that match the question; the text itself is stored only on your device) are sent to the AI. Your grades, absences and name are not sent. Your question is not stored; the answer is cached for 24 hours so the same question costs no tokens again.
- In Elective Explorer, the text of the elective list you upload and the interests you pick are sent to the AI with your consent. Your courses, grades and name are not sent. Suggestions are stored only on your device; the answer for the same list + interests is cached for 30 days.
- When AI features are used, hashes of a random device ID created by the app and of your IP address (not the values themselves) are kept as daily counters to prevent abuse and deleted within 26 hours. The device ID is not linked to you; it stays on this device.
- For the weather on the Today screen, only the fixed coordinates of the city you chose are sent to Open-Meteo. Location permission is never requested; your name, courses or anything else are not sent. You can turn it off in Profile → Preferences.
- No ads, no tracking cookies, your data is never sold.

A syllabus usually contains no personal data. Still, we recommend not uploading pages with personal details such as a student number, national ID number or contact details. A syllabus may include the instructor's name and work contact details; these are read only to create your course entry.
3. Legal grounds
- Explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1 and art. 9): Transferring your Assistant question and elective list abroad to an AI service relies on the explicit consent you give by ticking the consent box and tapping. Your Assistant consent is remembered on this device; later questions the device can't answer go to the AI without asking again. Without consent, every other Köprü feature works the same.
- Legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f): Keeping a daily counter to prevent abuse, and technical logs for the security of the site.
4. Recipients and transfers abroad
- Anthropic, PBC (USA): The AI service used by the Assistant and Elective Explorer. Anthropic commits not to use content sent through its API for model training and to delete it after a limited period. Details: anthropic.com/legal/privacy
- Open-Meteo (Switzerland): Weather service. Only the fixed coordinates of the city you chose are sent; no cookies or referrer. As with any internet request, your IP address reaches Open-Meteo's server. If you turn weather off, no request is made. Details: open-meteo.com/en/terms
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): Hosting of the site and server function. Details: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
Data is not shared with anyone beyond these parties, never sold and never used for advertising.
5. Cookies and local storage
Köprü uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The browser's local storage (localStorage) is used for the app to work and a cache (Cache Storage) for working offline. These stay only on your device. Fonts are bundled with the app; nothing is loaded from elsewhere.
6. Your rights (KVKK art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties in Turkey or abroad it is transferred to, to request correction if it is incomplete or wrong, to request deletion or destruction, to object, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage. You can withdraw your consent at any time: tap "Revoke AI permission" at the bottom of the Assistant screen; the Assistant keeps answering from your device only.
You can delete the data kept on your device yourself at any time with Profile → Data & privacy → Delete everything. For other requests, write to the email address above; requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
7. Changes
If this notice is updated, the new version is published on this page with its update date.
